Our Community Organisation ‘Eudunda Community, Business and Tourism Association Inc” (“ECBAT”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://caravanpark.eudunda.au  (the “Site”). You are welcome to contact us via the Site Contact Form(s) made available for such purpose.
Entering your information on a contact form on this Site, means you will be sharing your information to our Site provider, the web form plugin provider,  ECBAT administration and the person you are requesting through the drop down selection on the Site to be in contact with.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Note that the Site does not require logins to use the Site.

Your data use will be shared with Google, through thier search and analytics services, which can then report to use about general use of the website.

How long we retain your data

Although currently these facilities are not activated, this is how they would be handled.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. 
Your contact through Site Contact Forms will be sent to the current person(s) looking after that service.
Some services have several people looking after them. The positions are voluntary, and rostered on at various times, so information is shared between the team needed to help you.

Your Contact Information if entered on the Site will be stored online (non public), which will have a limited life and offline at the device and email address of the person or service you have chosen to contact. The person you contacted will keep the information safe while they continue thier volunteer position.
Every effort will be made to ensure that data is secure and safe.
